Shipping within the United States
- Free shipping on the 90-Day Protocol (3-bottle bundle), all subscription orders, and any order of two or more bottles.
- Single one-time bottle: a flat shipping rate is shown at checkout before you pay.
- Order processing: orders are typically prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days.
- Delivery estimate: standard shipping usually arrives within 3–7 business days after dispatch.
- Tracking: you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.
Subscriptions
Subscription and Family Plan orders ship automatically on the schedule you choose, and you'll receive a reminder before each renewal. You can pause, reschedule, change quantity, or cancel anytime from your account — changes apply to your next order. Subscriptions always include free shipping.
International shipping
At launch, Oclaré ships within the United States. If international shipping becomes available, options and rates will appear at checkout. Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
Our 90-day money-back guarantee
We want you to feel good about trying Vision Support+. If it isn't right for you, contact us within 90 days of your order date for a full refund of the product price.
How to request a refund

- We'll confirm your request and explain whether any product needs to be returned.
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days of approval.
The guarantee covers your first order of a product. Original shipping charges, where applicable, may be non-refundable.
Damaged, lost, or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, is missing items, or is incorrect, contact us at hello@oclare.com within 14 days of delivery and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
