Welcome to Oclaré. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of oclare.com (the "Site") and your purchase of Oclaré products. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who may use the Site
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to purchase from Oclaré. By ordering, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
2. Health and dietary-supplement disclaimer
Oclaré Vision Support+ is a dietary supplement intended to support general eye wellness. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Content on the Site is provided for general information and is not medical advice. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any supplement, particularly if you are pregnant or nursing, take medication, or have a medical condition.
3. Products, pricing, and availability
We strive to describe products and prices accurately, but errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct errors, update prices, and limit or cancel orders, including after an order has been submitted. All prices are in U.S. dollars.
4. Orders and payment
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order. Payment is processed by our third-party payment providers; you authorize them to charge your chosen payment method for the total order amount, including applicable taxes and shipping.
5. Subscriptions and recurring billing
If you select a subscription ("Subscribe & Save" or a Family Plan), you authorize Oclaré to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the interval you select, at the then-current subscription price, until you cancel. You may pause, modify, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account, and changes apply to future orders. You will receive order and renewal communications associated with your subscription.
6. Shipping, returns, and guarantee
Shipping options, costs, and our 90-day money-back guarantee are described on our Shipping & Returns page, which is incorporated into these Terms.
7. Intellectual property
The Site and its content — including the Oclaré name, logo, text, graphics, and images — are owned by Oclaré or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without our prior written permission.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it for unlawful purposes.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Site and products are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. Oclaré disclaims all implied warranties not expressly stated. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oclaré will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Oclaré is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
